In order to
motivate the students, the school awards
them with the following awards, prizes,
merit certificates etc. for their exemplary
curricular and co-curricular pursuits.
1. Proficiency
Prize for Academic Excellence
This prize is awarded to the students of
classes VI and above who top their classes
in the Annual Report, without remaining
absent in any of the examinations or tests
and without failing in any scholastic or
non-scholastic subject. For the students of
classes I to V, all those who secure an A*
Grade in all subjects / areas and who are
not absent in any of the tests shall be
awarded with Merit Certificates.
2. Scholar's
Cup for Excellence in Subjects
This prize is awarded to the students of
classes VI and above who secure the highest
marks in various scholastic subjects in
their respective groups in the Annual
Report, without remaining absent in any of
the exams or tests in the subject concerned.
There are three groups – Sub-Junior (Classes
VI – VIII), Junior (Classes IX & X) and
Senior (Classes XI & XII).
3. Scholar
Badge / Blazer etc
Scholar Badge is awarded to a student of
Class VI and above who secures 75% and above
in all scholastic subjects, without
remaining absent in any of the exams or
tests and without failing in any
non-scholastic subject. Satisfying these
conditions, if a student gets the Scholar
Badge for consecutive six years, he/she
shall be awarded with a Scholar Blazer, a
Tie and a Gold Medal. If he/she continues
getting Scholar Badge for the seventh time,
he/she shall be awarded with a Scholar
Memento.
4. Cups /
Medals / Merit Certificates for
Co-Curricular Proficiency
For proficiency in various areas of
co-curricular activities, cups/medals/ merit
certificates are given.
5. Running
Trophy for the Best House
This is a very prestigious trophy meant for
the House, which is adjudged the Best House
of the Year on the basis of performance of
its students in academics, cultural,
literary and sports activities.
6. 100%
Attendance Awards
These awards are given to all students of
the school who remain present in the school
on all working days. |
